I hope you all of you who took advantage of the “non-step” exercise challenge enjoyed the change in routine. Sometimes all you need to do to create a little excitement in your routine is to mix things up a little bit. 2018 Walk the Rock : Week 1

Exercise

We are excited to have completed the first week of our 3rd annual Walk the Rock Community Walking Challenge! As I made my way around the island this past week I consistently saw participants out and about getting their steps in.  Simply seeing you all make the time for yourself to move more always motivates me to do the same. Just as you all motivate me I hope that this challenge helps to inspire you to find movement you enjoy, connect with a fitness community, and allows you to connect movement to improved physical and mental health.
