One-On-One Wellness Focused Nutrition Counseling
MiniNutrition’s One-On-One Program provides you with individualized nutrition counseling and coaching, utilizing therapeutic lifestyle change to promote optimal health. We will meet with you in our office, your home, or via our Telehealth platform to create a tailored path to health & wellness that fits your goals and lifestyle. Our scope of practice provides coaching through a non-diet approach for health management, gastrointestinal health, family and pediatric nutrition, and cardiovascular health. Contact us to schedule an initial where we will evaluate your needs and goals to come up with the best plan for you. During your initial consultation we will discuss your health and nutrition concerns, and review of your health behaviors. After thoroughly evaluating your food choices, physical activity patterns, motivators, and barriers, together we will create individualized goals and a plan tailored to you and your lifestyle. Based on your personalized goals, we will provide you with initial education and intervention strategies to prepare you for your journey towards a healthier you.
Designing a life of wellness takes time. During your 30-minute follow-up visit we will check in on your goals, work through any roadblocks, and provided the appropriate education and support for you individualized needs. Each week we will review goals and work together to develop action steps to help you successfully build towards your goals. Appointment scheduled at the conclusion of initial appointment.
