MiniNutrition’s One-On-One Program provides you with individualized nutrition counseling and coaching, utilizing therapeutic lifestyle change to promote optimal health. We will meet with you in our office, your home, or location of your choosing to create a tailored path to health & wellness that fits your goals and lifestyle. Our scope of practice provides coaching though a non-diet approach for weight management, gastrointestinal health, family and pediatric nutrition, and cardiovascular health. Initial Consultation : $150.00
This package includes a 75 minute initial consultation to discuss your health and nutrition concerns, and review of your health behaviors. After thoroughly evaluating your food choices, physical activity patterns, motivators, and barriers, together we will create individualized goals and a plan tailored to you and your lifestyle. Based on your personalized goals, we will provide you with initial education and intervention strategies to prepare you for your journey towards a healthier you.
1–Month package: $350.00
This package includes an initial 75-minute consultation, as detailed above, two 30-minute follow-up meetings, and weekly guidance via email. Follow-up appointments will allow us to review and fine-tune your goals and strategies to provide you with the support, knowledge, and motivation to keep you progressing toward your goals!
3–Month package: $725.00
This package includes an initial 75-minute consultation, two 30-minute bi-weekly follow-up appointments to evaluate your progress and provide continued support, education, and strategies to keep you moving forward. In addition to the bi-weekly meetings, we will email you personalized weekly tips & tricks to keep you on track, and be available via email to answer any questions or concerns that may come up between visits.
