This year marks the 5th year for Walk the Rock. After five years, we have decided to enhance the program to be able to support you in reaching and maintaining your goals. Our mission at MiniNutrition is to provide you with the tools to empower you in implementing positive and sustainable changes in your life. These tools will focus not only on your physical health, but your mental wellbeing as well.
New to Walk the Rock! In an effort to ensure you are able to get the most out of this challenge, we will be providing short weekly lessons and activities online to tie in with the weekly challenges. The educational component will be available on our online platform. Through this platform, we will be able to provide individualized feedback, guidance, and answers to questions you may have related to the weekly activities. The online education piece is optional and will not impact the overall team score.
This year, we had planned on applying a small fee of $20/pp which allows us to be able to provide you with the additional support and education described above. In light of the recent events around Covid19, we have decided to make this an optional payment. It is important at this time that we continue to make this program accessible to all.

Once your team is registered, an email will be sent to you and each team member allowing them to create their online account, sign the liability waivers, and access their online education material.
