Walk the Rock Nutrition Program

This year we are offering a 6- week nutrition program to be combined with the Walk the Rock Community Walking Challenge. Each week you will be provided with a 20-minute webinar providing nutrition education and tips for applying this information into everyday life. In addition to this you will also be provided with supporting material and weekly activities that will enable you to put what you learn into practice. Through our online client portal you will have access to all webinars and accompanying material, have the ability to log progress towards your goals, and message us with any questions you may have.
The fee for this program is $20/week. Webinars and material are accessible 24/7 allowing flexibility to fit into any schedule. Contact us with any questions you may have regarding this program.
WEEK 1: HEALTH – What does health look like and what can we do to improve our own health?
WEEK 2: NUTRITION I – Learn the current science based recommendations and how to apply them to your life.
WEEK 3: NUTRITION II – Macro and Micronutritions – Learn how to find balance and get enough of what you need.
WEEK 4: MOVEMENT – What role does physical activity play in health, wight loss, and your metabolism?
WEEk 5: REST AND RESTORE – Learn how stress can impact your health and how to find balance in nutrition, activity, and rest.
WEEK 6: SUSTAINING CHANGE – Learn tips and tricks that will allow you to maintain your new health habits.
