Spring has sprung and it’s time to get outside and get moving. This free community competition is a perfect way to spice up your spring fitness routine. Join the fun for some friendly competition, camaraderie, and a little motivation to get moving.  Register your team of four to compete in our 6-week walking challenge.

Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. If you are looking to improve your health with a combination of nutrition and fitness register for the 6-week online nutrition program.
