Summer Jumpstart – 4 Week Nutrition Program

The rapid pace of summer can make it challenging to keep a healthy and balanced life. Our summer schedules can become very full with work, social events, and family travel. In addition, a good deal of time is spent outside of the home. This change in schedule can make it challenging to establish or maintain a balanced nutrition plan. During this four-week nutrition program we will introduce key nutrition elements and provide guidance in creating a solid nutrition plan that will carry through life’s twists and turns.
Each week you will be introduced to practical and manageable steps that will lead to lifelong habits, while taking into account our ever changing schedules. Whether you’re just beginning your health journey, looking to shake things up a bit, or need a little nudge, the education and guidance of this program will help you break through the roadblocks and set you on the path to success.
During the 4 – weeks you will…
- Attend weekly educational meetings
- Utilize tools to make meal planning a success
- Aquire a healthy grocery shopping list
- Learn to breakdown goals into manageable steps
- Receive weekly email check-ins to keep you motivated and on task
- Receive one private 30 min follow-up appointment during the month of July
Begins Tuesday, June 6th @ 6:30pm
The fee for the four-week program (including one private session) is $195.00. We will meet weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm – 7:30pm at the Handlebar Cafe. Please note that this private group and will be hosted after hours at the Handlebar Cafe.
The program begins Tuesday, June 6th and runs through Tuesday, June 27th.
