Tween Girls Cooking & Nutrition Class – Class 2

Four week nutrition program that will empower girls to build strong bodies and healthy minds. Each class of this 4-Week series will include a short nutrition lesson around nutrition and body image, combined with a healthy do it yourself cooking lesson. All classes will be lead by Registered Dietitian, Kathleen Minihan. Classes are cumulative, but can be taken separately. Classes are open to girls in middle school (grades 6-8) and are $35/class.
